"We will be so sad to leave our lovely home. We have enjoyed many days and evenings sitting out and enjoying the gorgeous views from the patio or whilst in bed having a coffee. We have appreciated the convenience in getting to the local train stations, down to the excellent schools(just down the footpath in fact!) and nurseries and popping into a shop. We will miss walking out of the door and taking a left or right to walk to Farthing Downs, Banstead woods or any of several local walks. Our neighbours on both sides are amazing and have been so helpful when we have needed them. We hope you enjoy living in this house and in this community as much as we have."
