'We are very sad to leave our lovely home and street but the time has come for our family to move on. The house has been such a beautiful home to us, it's light and bright and a great social place to meet with friends. The afternoon sunshine in the garden is one of our favourite things. Also, the view from the loft is lovely if you ever thought of extending.

We have had such fun making this house how it is today. We love the location. We are a short walk to Hayling Grove Park which we call the 'secret garden' and we have spend many hours there playing table tennis, in the playground and enjoying picnics amongst the flowers. We love being able to walk to Purley and the local restaurants. There are great transport links to London and Gatwick and plenty of street parking for visitors.
We know whoever chooses to make this their home will be delighted with the space, the light and will love making it their own.'
